The Board Readiness Programme is a comprehensive 10-month programme designed for senior executives and professionals preparing for board directorship roles. It includes self-assessments, board simulations, professional training, mentoring, and networking opportunities, all aimed at equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as board directors.

Delivered by SID and its pre-eminent knowledge partners from across the governance ecosystem, the holistic programme seeks to raise awareness of the risks and opportunities confronting board directors. It focuses on ensuring that participants are well prepared to navigate the complex boardroom dynamics and lead effectively.
